Catch-pass under pressure gates

Description

Narrow gates constrain space, forcing quick catch-pass technique.

Purpose

Encourage early hands and crisp transfer.

Setup

Set 1–1.5m gates. Players run through receiving and passing before contact with a gate. Progress to defenders closing.
